Points To Remember While Building Your Web Pages :

  • Use keywords only after a keyword analysis.
  • Keep other keywords in mind as well.
  • Pick phrases for each page to optimize.
  • Dont have too many levels of sub directories.
  • Create a good TITLE for your HTML page.
  • List your keywords in KEYWORDS META TAG.
  • A good DESCRIPTION META tag always helps.
  • Try and reduce the number of images, replace them with the actual text if possible.
  • Highlight your keywords using Bold, Italics, bullets.
  • Place the important keywords on top & use them multiple times in the course of the page.
  • Use KEYWORDS instead of ” Read More.. or Click here..” links.
  • Use CSS in combination with Headings tag.
  • Remember, Content is king!! Make sure you have quality content as well as readable & meaningful sentences on your site; That is a guaranteed way to attract visitor’s attention.
  • Have Patience, the time taken for site to come up in rankings is gradual.
  • Do not fall pray for “SUBMIT LINKS TO 8000 + DIRECTORIES!!” Manual submission is the best and safest way to assure link submission.
  • While submitting links, think quality, not quantity. One single, good, authoritative link can do a lot more for you than a dozen poor quality links.
  • Never hesitate to link out. That will encourage others to link to you.
  • When optimizing your blog posts, optimize your post title tag independently from your blog title.
  • Frames, Flash and AJAX all share a common problem – you can’t link to a single page. It’s either all or nothing. Don’t use Frames at all and use Flash and AJAX sparingly for best SEO results.
  • Do Not Overdo any of the above techniques.
